All applicants over the age of 18 must complete a separate application on the forms provided unless their credit history is combined. Any area left blank will result in delaying the application process and/or rejection of the application. If the requested information does not apply to you, fill in "n/a".
All applicants must provide two (2) pieces of identification. One must be picture I.D. issued by a government agency and the second your social security card.
Each application must contain a signature(s) giving permission to begin the screening process.
You will be asked to pay an applicant screening fee for each person's credit report unless credit history is combined. Your application will not be processed until all the necessary fees have been paid.
All applications will be dated and timed. Applications are processed on a first-received, first-processed basis.
Be prepared to wait seven (7) days for the completion of the screening process.
If your application has been approved, you will have three (3) days to accept the available apartment and sign your rental agreement, including the community Rules and Regulations. All appropriate fees and/or deposits must also be paid at this time. Any monies paid must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order.
If your application has been approved, you will be expected to begin your tenancy no later than one (1) week from the date of acceptance, providing the aparment is ready for move-in or if no other arrangements have been made.
If your application is approved and you decide not to rent, the applicant screening fee will be forfeited.
If your application has been approved, the rental agreement signed, and your decide not to rent starting on the agreed-upon move-in date, you will forfeit your applicant screening fee. In addition, you will be liable for rent for a period of thirty (30) days.
You must be prepared to pay any additional fees and/or deposits after your approval and prior to your move-in.
